We are now searching for a partner for our business division, Healthcare System and Technologies (HST). Senior Manager (f/m/d), Global Medical Affairs based in the Munich area (hybrid option), with the ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) domestically and occasionally internationally. With a focus on revolutionary innovation to provide patients with better, more individualized care, our global businesses section, Healthcare Systems and Technology (HST), is made up of Front Line Care (FLC), Global Surgical Solutions (GSS), Care Communications, and Patient Support Systems (PSS). 
Your role at Baxter: 
Assist internal and external clients with product development, risk assessment, training, implementation, literature reviews, complaints, and the business's and customers' voices by acting as the subject matter expert in medical and device matters. Create new strategies to solve technical and clinical issues in clinical practice by creating and modifying relevant medical equipment. Provide accurate, balanced, and timely clinical expertise to functional areas such as clinical development, R&D, marketing, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and legal based on objective evidence, clinical experience, and the voice of the customer. Incorporate user feedback and clinical expertise into design decisions for new product development and lifecycle management. Offer clinical knowledge to assist in the formulation of quality standards and risk assessments for product design history files. Create and deliver pertinent written, verbal, and eLearning medical device training courses to assist with product installation, training, and marketing initiatives. When necessary, provide internal customers with training on illness states, product applications, and regional variations.
When appropriate, assist with the development, upkeep, and controlled launch of the product implementation process. Remain up-to-date on published literature as impartial proof of clinical trends and treatments and how they affect product lines.
Your Key Qualifications: Mature personality with excellent leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) on a variety of levels, to build relationships of credibility and build rapport with them in order to function well in a complicated matrix structure. possesses a well developed sense of business and handles uncertainty with ease. Able to communicate complex scientific and clinical issues in a concise and clear manner. Has executive presence and the ability to influence customers and other stakeholders. Highest degrees of ethics comprehensive knowledge of the medical and regulatory environment (MDR), especially in Eastern Europe. sympathetic demeanor with the capacity to inspire others. demonstrated success and experience in highly matrixed companies. Language skills: fluency in German and English. 
Your Education & Experiences: 
It is necessary to have a degree in a related clinical subject (preferably an advanced practice degree, master's level or above), or comparable applicable experience. Critical Care, Medical Surgical, and Surgical Experience five years minimum of relevant clinical experience needed An active license in the territory in good standing is required, along with clinical expertise. Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills. Effective and competent presentation and teaching skills. self-driven, independent, capable of multitasking, focused on the team, and exhibiting remarkable follow-through. Upstream Medical Affairs R&D experience.
